DC Water's board of directors recently approved the the design and construction of the second portion of the tunnel system that will bring relief from combined sewer overflows (CSOs) to the Anacostia River. The design builder of the USD 253.9M proposed contract is a JV of Impregilo-Healy-Parsons.
