HONG KONG - The 2.35km northbound tunnel between Mai Po and Ngau Tam Mei in the Hong Kong section of the Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong Express Rail Link project (XRL) was completed with the successful breakthrough of the TBM last month.
