Port Authority approves Holland Tunnel rehab
US - The Port Authority Board of Commissioners approved on February 15 a major rehabilitation and resiliency project for the Holland Tunnel to repair and restore critical mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems caused by Superstorm Sandy, and to install protective measures to mitigate future flooding in the facility.

US – Sipp Technologies CEO/CTO Kent Weisenberg announced 17 January an agreement with SAK Construction for exclusive installation rights of its Sipp Steel robotic lining technology. Pursuant to the agreement, SAK is the sole national installation contractor for Sipp Tech’s multidimensional, robotically installed, composite pressure pipe lining system.
