Bids invited for Phase 4 section of Delhi Metro
15 June 2021Delhi Metro Rail Corp (DMRC) is inviting international bids for the design and construction of twin TBM-bored tunnels, cut and cover, plus underground ramp and other tunnel-related works for package DC-05 of Delhi Metro’s Phase 4.
The work is for the Janakpuri West to RK Ashram Corridor (Line 8 Extension) and involves 7.74km of tunnels and six underground stations at Derawal Nagar, Ghanta Ghar, Pulbangash, Sadar Bazar, Nabi Karim, and Ramakrishna Ashram Marg.
Bids are invited via online open e-tenders and DMRC has confirmed that international competitive bidding will be conducted in accordance with JICA’s single-stage, two envelope bidding procedure.
The invitation for bids opened on 10 June and will close on 28 July 2021.
