The PPS Guidance Systems for TBM and Roadheader are designed to provide maximum positional information to the pilot of a TBM while requiring a minimum of attention. The system automatically determines the TBM's exact position and direction in 3D. It also gives the pilot all necessary information about the deviation of his TBM from the designed centerline. Besides additional features like RingSelectionAssistant, DataLogger and many more PPS also offers products for the surveying tasks of conventional tunneling or a mix of both.
