Global engineering firm, Mott MacDonald, is acquiring Habtec Engenharia Ambienta, a Brazilian environmental engineering consultancy, it was announced mid April. Mott MacDonald stated that the acquisition is part of the company's strategy to create a regional base in Brazil from where it can expand across South America.
