4.1km Norwegian tunnel tender

Interested parties have until 27 January 2005 to obtain the tender documents for a 4.1km underwater road tunnel in Norway.

As part of the Halsnøy mainland connection, the scope consists of 6.3km of new state classified road from Sunde to Toft. The tunnelled length is 4.1km, with the remaining 2.2km being a surface roadway. Tenders are due for return by 11 February 2005 and the four year contract period is expected to run from 15 April 2005.
