Sandvik acquires Chinese tools supplier
12 April 2019Finland/China – Sandvik has completed the previously announced acquisition of OSK, a Chinese supplier of solid carbide round tools. OSK will be part of the Seco division in Sandvik Machining Solutions.
In 2017 OSK had revenues of about USD 13M and 90 employees. Sandvik stated that the parties had agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
