BTSYM invites presentations for March conference
5 January 2022BTSYM – the group for the British Tunnelling Society’s Young Members – has announced a call for presentations for its 2022 conference that is scheduled to take place on 18 March at the Institution of Civil Engineers in London, UK.
Presentations are invited from tunnelling and underground space professionals who are 35 years of age or under. Subject matter can relate to an interesting project, a piece of work or research that applicants have been involved in. Each presentation should be 15 minutes long. At the end of each segment of 3 to 4 presentations there will be a Q+A session.
For now, applicants need only provide their details, the topic of their presentation and a short description. To begin the process, they should visit http://bit.ly/Present_BTSYM2022
The closing date for applications is Monday 6 February 2022.
Following the creation of the final shortlist, BTSYM will contact applicants in February regarding the status of their application. BTSYM said it cannot reimburse travel costs, nor fund or provide accommodation for presenters.
