Vietnamese truck crash

A truck moving at high speed lost control and overturned in the Sai Gon river tunnel in HCM City on 25 Nov. 2013. No casualties were reported. This is the second such incident to occur in Southeast Asia's largest underwater tunnel since it was opened in November 2011.
