Keller director Jimenez steps down

Pedro Lopez Jimenez will stand down from his position as non-executive director on the board of ground engineering giant Keller. The company had intended to re-elect him a director at the AGM.

Jimenez is also the chairman of Dragados, non-executive director of Hochtief and executive board member of construction group Actividades de Construccion y Servicios and the chairman of GTCEISU, a 49 per cent shareholder in Keller-Terra.

Roy Franklin, Keller chairman said, “Over the years, Pedro has brought to the Board exceptional knowledge and experience of our niche sector of the construction industry. Together with his international perspective and creative approach, this has enabled him to play a significant role in helping to develop the Group.
